is obtained from pure Trebbiano Spoletino Vineyards cannot be located higher than 400 meters above sea level. Colli Martani DOC is located south of Perugia, in Umbria. The vineyards are located from Bettona to Massa Martana.

Colli Martani White is based on Trebbiano, which with Grechetto is the emblematic grape of almost all Umbrian white wines. Both of these varieties can also be present as varietal wines in Colli Martani DOC, alongside Chardonnay, Sauvignon and Riesling.
Colli Martani Red is instead based on a blend of Sangiovese (at least 50%) and Montepulciano grapes. As with the white varieties, these two basic red wine varieties also have their own types vinified in purity, as is the case with Merlot. The standard aging period for red wines in the versions with the mention riserva is 24 months. One type of Colli Martani DOC worthy of attention is Grechetto di Todi. Grechetto di Todi is a subspecies of Grechetto, which takes its name from the municipality of Todi southwest of the Colli Martani. Its low yields mean particularly concentrated wines. Grechetto di Todi is not only vinified in purity, but also to add structure and richness to the other whites of the DOC Colli Martani….
